Flexibility.
I have a choice to take jobs which subject matters I'm familiar with. I know nothing about legal or medical fields, nor I have any interest to. I'm glad that I have the freedom to decline such jobs. It's not something you can really get in full-time positions, no matter what the job is. It's a privilege, if I say so myself.

I love being my own boss, the flexibility, diversity of work and good money I can't imagine ever becoming an employee again. | | | Other (a combination) | Dec 17, 2021 |
I love being my own boss, the flexibility, the diversity of work, learning new things and the money. I even like the thrill of not knowing when the next job will come… | |
