I got this mail through my linkedin account, I suspect it is a scam.

Dearest one of God,
I greet you in the name of our God. I am Mrs Siti Williams from Kuwait. I am married to Mr.Hadizah Williams who
was dealing with GOLD exportation before he died in the year 2011.both of us live
in Malaysia for nine years before he died on 6th June, 2011. We were married for eleven years without a child. He died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days.
Since his death I decided not to remarry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which personally I'm against. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of US$16 million dollars in a Bank in Malaysia. Presently, this money is still in the bank.
Recently, my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next Eight months due to cancer problem.
Having known my condition without husband and a child, I decided to donate this fund to a charity organization that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct herein. I want an organization that will use this fund for orphanages,school, House of God,widows in the society and propagating the word of God and to endeavor that the house of God is maintained.
But you will assure me that you will take 20% of the money and give 60% to the motherless baby homes, charity homes orphanages, school and widows, in your country for my heart and soul of my beloved late husband to rest and remaining 10% goes to Sister Estelle who is a helping hand to me in the hospital. I understand that "Blessed is the hand that give"then the remaining 10% stand for my hospital bill.
I understood that "Blessed is the hand that give. I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives have decided to sale out all my husband's properties even without my information and I don't want my husband's efforts to be waste without a standard foundation at least for the Charity Home and I don't want in a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly way.
This is why I am taking this decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the God. I believe that God will fight my case and I shall hold my peace". I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health hence the presence of my husband's relatives are around me always. I don't want them to know about this development.With God all things are possible.
As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the Bank in Malaysia. I will also issue you an authority letter that will prove you the present beneficiary of this fund from federal High Court of Justice Malaysia.
I want you and your Family members to always pray for me because God is my shepherd.
My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy Christian. Whoever that Wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and Truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I Stated herein

This email and its wording are the perfect example of a scam. Someone's after your money. Send it to File 13 and move on.
